Very honest and generous. Spent significant time explaining the issues with two table clocks I brought in. Couldn't repair the antique table clock except for a very steep price, not worth repairing. Another table clock I have worked except the chime was stuck and wasn't chiming. He fixed this without charge as he knew how much I loved the clock chimes. Furthermore, his son added a bracket to a bracelet watch, replacing the pin for no charge. Very sincere and honest. Wouldn't hesitate to return there in the future.
