I had a particular vehicle in mind when I contacted your dealership (2011 blue Jetta). I had many questions regarding this vehicle which I was purchasing for my daughter, specifically regarding vehicle features; safety features in particular. I had numerous conversations with both Harvey and Judith during the purchase and finance qualifying. Both Harvey and Judith were receptive, informative and courteous in every conversation. After purchasing the vehicle, Judith went beyond my expectations by having the car cleaned and detailed to perfection and having the car delivered to my hope. I especially appreciated the manner in which Judith kindly and patiently explained the vehicle features to my daughter. She did a great job integrating my phone with the blue tooth system which was extremely helpful. Your service department explained the service benefits available to vehicle owners which further assured me that I made the right choice in vehicles and dealerships. I would recommend Fladeboe Volkswagen to anyone who is looking to purchase, or service, their Volkswagen.
