THE FLADEBOE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT! 7/28/2011

I saw this car and fell in with it at first site. I was dealing with other dealership... They basic led me on for 3 weeks... we will get it in.. Long story short it did not happen. I called Fladeboe and Burt said it's sitting on the floor come on down. THE FLADEBOE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT!!! AND I'A VERY IMPRESSED with the car. 44.6MPG the 7th time on the road... I see weekly for the car wash more

Fladeboe VW is the best! 6/23/2011

Bottom line is that every single experience I've had with Fladeboe VW has been excellent! We have bought 3 cars from Jason and have done all of our service through the service dept. We used to be a family of all Toyota cars and now we're all VW, thanks in large part to how great our experiences have been. Jason has become a family friend! When I picked up my car he saw me drive up and we just sat and talked as I was waiting for them to bring up my car. No reason to go anywhere else!!! Fladeboe VW is the best! more

I thought Dan was great. I think a great idea to enhance our visit would be if all the sales people who are not busy came ouyt to wave goodby and good luck...just an added bonus for the customer. Sort of a "we are happy for you. " Some of them were not busy. A group good by would be a Buy-In fr life. Dan called to check on me, and was excellent. more

Fransisco, Harvey, their boss John and the General Manager were all fantastic! No pressure, very easy to work with, actually enjoyable! Top notch team of professionals. Never have I had an experience as wonderful as working with these gentlemen before when purchasing an auto. I will refer anyone I know in the market for a VW product to Fladeboe VW and to have Fransisco and Harvey assist them. You guys are truly amazing and I appreciate all of your assistance on getting me into my 2011 VW CC. Love the car! Thank you again! more

I didn't realize how pleasant the whole car-buying process 3/10/2011

Don Marston and Ron Davis handled my recent new car purchase at Fladeboe VW. I don't know if having both of them assist me simultaneously is typical - but in retrospect I feel that I was very fortunate to have both seasoned and highly experienced professionals in the same room - who could provide me with a very fair and honest, - quick, easy and painless, - and truly "hassle-free", sales transaction. What really impressed me the most is their dedication to providing excellent service and really listening to the customer, specifically my personal concerns as well as my specific car options criteria. Even though they didn't have my first choice car on their lot - they were able to locate the exact model, color and options among all the regional dealerships, gave me the deal I was looking for and even delivered it for "pick-up" the very next day. There was absolutely no need to "negotiate". They gave me everything I asked for - and in the end, I got a deal I literally couldn't refuse. I didn't realize how pleasant the whole car-buying process can really be! Thanks Fladeboe VW - you guys are the best! more
