Review content:
I took my car in yesterday for brake service, and they checked me in quickly; I didn't have to wait. After my car was ready and their shuttle driver dropped me off at the dealership to pick it up, I was immediately greeted by Tom. He and I reviewed the bill I had already approved over the phone, and he stayed with me through the check out process including retrieving my car. I don't think I was there more than 10 minutes, which I really appreciated.
