In a word -- FANTASTIC! Mark, the Service Manager at Fladeboe Volkswagen is completely dedicated and committed to customer satisfaction. He has transformed Fladeboe's service department. His high standards transend every facet of the service experience from the service writer to the cashier and technicians. As a long time Volkswagen/Audi owner (1975 Scirocco, 1985 GTI, 1995 Fox, 1995 Jetta, 2001 S4, 2005 Toureg, 2007 Rabbit) I can unequivocally say... Mark and Fladeboe have raised the "service" bar for other Volkswagen dealers in Southern California to follow. My '07 Rabbit and I thank you for doing such a great job.
