Review content:
Although the food is usually delicious at this Red Lobster, their customer service is a little "less tasty." I was treated horribly on New Years Eve before I even got a chance to get on the waiting list. The hostess' treatment towards me was less than appetizing and the manager on duty that evening was even worse. In times where businesses are dying, money is tight and eating out is limited; you would think that businesses would be more cautious about how they treat paying customers.Obviously this Red Lobster feels it has enough customers so they need not pursue excellence with everyone. In times like these, it takes more than good food for me to return. If you want good customer service, go to Macoroni Grill in West Des Moines. That's where we went after being treated like burnt toast!
Pros: Good food
Cons: Poor customer service by staff and management
