My wife and I had gone to Preston-Wynne in Saratoga about a dozen times and _was_ our preferred Spa for a long time. Very good staff members including Doris (facials), and Brynn (massage) that are highly recommend. The Saratoga location however was a bit cramped with small shower facilities, sitting areas, and treatment rooms (and were noisy at times). Some of the staff put pressure on us to buy products. We also weren't ever notified until the last minute (e.g. when we showed up) that a substitution was being made due to illness. The ugly occured when we requested to have our appointments a day early, which they accomodated, but then charged us for the appointments we had to cancel the next day. We asked them to reconsider the charge. They refused even though we had been long time customers so we REFUSE to to ever go there again.
