this is a low-key spa. nothing too extravagent. The esthetician DORIS is the best. She is a miracle worker. I've been to a few spas before PW and I have had a microderm at a highly rated spa but when I got a microderm from Doris it was the first time people ever complimented on how great my skin looked .. and this only after the first treatment. so regardless of the atmosphere, the results don't compare to other spas I have been to. The products they sell are pricey and so are the treatments but that still will not stop me from getting my microderm. They always accomadate me when I come 10-20 minutes late. Thus far they have not shortened my treatments when I come in late for my aponitments
