Review content:
Boston Road animal hospital is the absolute worse place to take your animal. The staff does not have any idea what they are talking about at all, the reception is not friendly and they do not really care for the well being of your animal. I have taken my animals there and would never do it again. Two of our animals have died there and now I'm seeing why. I called there because of an emergency with our dog that had DM which is like MS for humans, trying to locate an ambulance service for her. They told me to call the MSPCA, that we could find an ambulance there, which obviously has been closed for a year. Now why would someone that works for an animal place in an emergency do that. You would think they would be a bit more helpful, almost like it was a bother to her. Please try other places before going to Boston Road. There are plenty of other places that are way more helpful, caring and knowledgeable than them. They really should have been the business that closed not Angell/MSPCA. very sad. Pros: none
