I don't work for Leith and have no affiliation with them. I've dealt with them twice recently and wanted to share my experienced wth them (both positive). The first time, my battery died and I called Mercedes to see about getting a jump start. (AAA wouldn't even jump start my car when they came out and just wanted to sell me a battery.) Mercedes USA ended up sending out a driver from Leith Mercedes who jump started my car. They also brought a few gallons of fuel because my tank was low and they wanted to make sure that I wouldn't have problems getting to the closest gas station. The whole time the person who came out was professional, friendly and understanding. He didn't make me feel like an idiot for leaving my lights on an draining my battery.
