I called them at 1:30 p.m. this afternoon. They never showed and it's now 5:50 p.m. I even gave them extra time without complaining. So I called and asked when someone was coming. They said that they aren't coming today and that they have rescheduled me for in the morning and if I want them to come out tonight, it will be extra. I demanded to speak to the girl I spoke with and they said no. They refused to budge. I told them that I will pay another company extra and to cancel the visit in the morning. I will NEVER call them again, ever.
