I called them at 1:30 p.m. this afternoon. They never showed and it's now 5:50 p.m. I even gave them extra time without complaining. So I called and asked when someone was coming....

My neighbor received plumbing services from Roto Rooter last week now my plumbing is backing up and draining very slow! They have not returned my phone call! I am very upset! I can't wash my clothes or dishes! It's a disgrace that big businesses interrupt your lives by doing such poor work! I will seek legal advise! Beware of this company! Poor customer service! more

Horrible service. 2/13/2012

I called them at 1:30 p.m. this afternoon. They never showed and it's now 5:50 p.m. I even gave them extra time without complaining. So I called and asked when someone was coming. They said that they aren't coming today and that they have rescheduled me for in the morning and if I want them to come out tonight, it will be extra. I demanded to speak to the girl I spoke with and they said no. They refused to budge. I told them that I will pay another company extra and to cancel the visit in the morning.
