I have always had my own personal jeweler other than Kruger's. I walked into Kruger's with my own diamond to have it set they (Melvin and Lane) not only took more than 2 hours to help choose a setting but Lane taught me to read the wisps and Melvin made sure once my diamond was returned I could see the wisps and identify that it was my ring. Upon returning once again, Jim Kruger personally sat down with me to make sure that I had been taken care of on a personal level. As a business owner Kruger's and Staff by far beat all I have gone to.....I can't even count the jewelers on 2 hands but it took one time walking into Kruger's. I now have a personal Jeweler for life not only for myself but my children and grandchildren. THANKS to Kruger's and all the Staff!
