Review content:
The food was not bad I got the t bone and it was tuff. My wife got the surf and turf and liked it. The costomer service was terrible. The waitress was rude and when I told her we had a problem getting the $15 cupon that they advertise on the web site she rolled her eyes and had an attitude for the rest of the night. The manager was no help when i explained the problem to him but my wife and I were determined to have a good night because we have 4 children and do not get to go to eat very often. We enjoyed our appitizer even though they brought out the wrong appitizer for me. The waitress did not come around once to see if the food was good or to see if we needed any more drinks. When we finished our dinner the waitress did a drive by with the desert menu. Needless to say I would rcommend one of the many other steakhouses on Long Iland before you bother to go to the Clubhouse were their motto should be it was your privlage to eat at our establishment. Pros: not much Cons: parking costomer service
