I have two dogs who are my close companions and I decided to give this groomer a shot. Boy was that a mistake. My dogs were kept in a dirty room in two crates that were too small for them and were severly dehydrated when i picked them up. My older dog was sluggish and barely had the strength to get out of the car. I paid a great deal and Beth did not even groom him the way I asked. When I questioned her about it she replied that it was not her fault that my dog did not want to be groomed. She said he was too difficult to handle but still charged me close to $100 just to bathe and brush him!!! I could have done that much at home. I noticed how filthy and hot the room was when I dropped off my dogs and it was against my better judgment to leave them. Oh well, lesson learned. But for anyone out there who values their pets, steer clear of these people. Find another groomer.
