I have been bringing my 8 year old Toy Poodle for 6 years and now have an additional 7 month old Toy Poodle that I have been bringing since she was 4 months old. The service I receive is beyond words. Because of my schedule I can not make appointments in advance.There has been only one occassion that they could not fit me in. I have been taking my Yorkie to Pampered Paws for about 2yrs and they do an excellent job. My little "angel" barks at just about everyone, but is completely at ease every time I take her to Pampered Paws. She always looks adorable after her grooming. I have found the shop to be very accommodating (I'm notorious for the last-minute emergency appointment and they always seem to fit me in). It is very clean and reasonably priced and the staff is friendly and professional. more

I?ve had nothing but great experiences with Pampered Paws, it has been one of the few pet salons where my dog isn?t clawing to leave when I drop her. I would and have recommended this salon to all my friends. more

COMPLETELY inexperienced, unprofessional. The shop is very dirty which should have been my first clue! I don't think my little girl has ever looked so bad even before being groomed. WOULD NOT recommend! more

Beth and Erin are such great groomers. I brought my 2 golden-doodles in and Erin groomed my baby girl and Beth groomed my male. They have never looked so good. They make a great team. I took my dog to vist the groomers and she loved it. Erin and Beth are both very professional and love what they do. My dog loved them so much that she did not want to leave. There new shop is so cozy and cute. The cut Erin did was the best she has ever gotten and I will go back every 4 weeks.....Thanks Erin and Beth you are the best!! I have two dogs who are my close companions and I decided to give this groomer a shot. Boy was that a mistake. My dogs were kept in a dirty room in two crates that were too small for them and were severly dehydrated when i picked them up. My older dog was sluggish and barely had the strength to get out of the car. I paid a great deal and Beth did not even groom him the way I asked. When I questioned her about it she replied that it was not her fault that my dog did not want to be groomed. She said he was too difficult to handle but still charged me close to $100 just to bathe and brush him!!! I could have done that much at home. I noticed how filthy and hot the room was when I dropped off my dogs and it was against my better judgment to leave them. Oh well, lesson learned. But for anyone out there who values their pets, steer clear of these people. Find another groomer. more

This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Both Beth and Erin were rude and unprofessional. The place was almost too dirty to leave my dogs there. They quoted a price only to return to pick up my dogs and be told it was more. They did an awful job grooming my schnauzer. When I expressed my dissatisfaction they told me "Thats the way it works here" and that they had over 2000 customers and did not need my business.
