whoever wrote that review, we have no idea who it is, i have been in business 29 yrs and value my customers and want each to be very happy with there haircut, sometimes what they want want and what they are able to get are two different things, but we make them aware of this before we do it, maltese hair is very hard to keep from not being tangled and some people think they have brushed it out, but the hair closest to the skin is knotted and malteses have sensitive skin also, so i'm not going to put the dog in any pain just for the dog to look pretty, but we will tell the owner we can't or won't do it, and give them the choice. i take pride in my business and so do all my employees, so when someone writes something like this that we don't know about, i just don't undersyand why they did not bring it to my attention, so we could take care of the situation, so if i was such a bad groomer, there is no way we would be in business for so long. we love what we do!!!!!!! had to write to protect my hard working employees and my business. thanks for reading
