Review content:
I originally went to VCA Marina because it was convenient to my home. While the Drs seem to know their craft and do care about the animals, the STAFF is the reason I'm leaving. The ladies at the front counter are usually very nice but I've seen lots of attitude with other clients, AND they LOST my dog's file (which had lots of "expensive" data about her allergies in it), can't seem to fill a prescription in the stated 24 hour period to save them, and I've NEVER seen them get in a hurry.
Pros: Doctors who seem to care
Cons: Staff who make any transaction more difficult than it's worth
