Review content:
I felt someone should toss in a comment or 2 about the long wait, the reservation policy and the fact that most of the negative comments about this place seem pretty self serving. Real deep dish pie takes a long time. I eat out at restaurants a lot. Busy places can't always take care of big groups, even if it is your special night. This place is cool. Readers of reviews should check it out on their own instead of being swayed by someone who obviously had their own issues on the night they went in. Biggest problem on the web is people can throw rocks with impunity. Lighten up people. It's dinner not surgery!
Pros: Food, the staff, the way it looks and the managers
Cons: You'll always have to wait for a good thing
