Review content:
The first time I went to Chicago Fire I felt the service was not at all what it should have been. Took a while to greet us, then the whole time it felt as though we were a burden to the server. I thought well hopefully the pizza will be a step up above the customer service. Finally when the pizza arrived the presentation looked pretty good but once you put it on your plate it just fell apart and the crust was soggy. The second time I went was just for a drink with some friends and maybe an appetizer. Well we didn't get either. Basically sat at the bar while the bartender servered several other customers, looked at us and continued to server anyone else who walked up to the bar area. Finally came over to us and because we didn't order fast enough for him he turned and walk away to serve someone else. This is that last time I or the group I was with, will ever set foot in that resturant again. There are too many other great resurants in Sacramento to be wasting my time with this one.
