Review content:
I needed a new car battery, they charge $20 to install it. (a 2 minute job?). They told me 40 minutes. Well after an hour without a phone call, I went back to see what the wait was. The guy responds "Oh, yeah.. looks like it was done 20 minutes ago." Thanks for the call, a-hole. Unbeknownst to me, they did a "free" alignment check to tell me my car needs work. I said I'll get it done another time, and left. When I drove home, my car was drifting. Never had that problem before. Coincidence? Not likely.
