Bad Customer Service! 5/4/2012

I had my oil changed on Wed. Thurs. mirning, oil was lealing on my garage floor. I brought it back in. They said there were no problems, wiped it off, and I left. Fri, morning, there is a bigger ppuddle of oil under the car. I bring it back in, and after an hour in there, they say "oops, we lest the gasket off when we put the drain plug back in. After 3 trips to this place, it may be fixed, but I'm not sure, I asked the service guy if they could do anything for me, considering all my time and expense coming back, due to their repeated incompetence. He offered me a $15 oil change, which anyone can get anytime. And he seemed annoyed at me for asking. I won't be back, and I warn you to stay away also. Pros: null Cons: null more

NO THANKS. 12/15/2011

I needed a new car battery, they charge $20 to install it. (a 2 minute job?). They told me 40 minutes. Well after an hour without a phone call, I went back to see what the wait was. The guy responds "Oh, yeah.. looks like it was done 20 minutes ago." Thanks for the call, a-hole. Unbeknownst to me, they did a "free" alignment check to tell me my car needs work. I said I'll get it done another time, and left. When I drove home, my car was drifting. Never had that problem before. Coincidence? Not likely. Pros: null Cons: null more
