I highly recommend the fresh diet. I have wanted to loose the famous "last 10 pounds" my whole life it seems and was so easy with the fresh diet. it seems expensive however if you take into account all the money I have spent on everything related to loosing weight its actually very reasonable. no dishes to wash( hense saving on manicures! )no food shopping ( have you seen the prices these days in the supermarket !!) and the food tastes great and the quality is amazing. this is my 2nd time doing it and now I just have it 3 times a week to maintain and it makes my life so much easier !! im a fan for life.
