Review content:
The Fresh Diet is the best diet I've ever been on. The food is so delicious and satisfying, it is definitely the closest thing to a painless diet. Because they follow the hypoglycemic index, I don't have the spikes in my blood sugar I usually get and therefore I have less cravings. Their salads are the BEST, everyday new combinations with delicious salad dressings.
