I've always said that if I had a personal chef preparing portion controlled healthy food I would have no problem with my weight. The Fresh Diet proved that I was right. I have plenty of vegetarian choices, the food is fresh and tasty and the delivery has been spot on. Wore a new outfit to a special event the other night and I really did look fabulous.
