I can't comment on after-hours service from NW Poole, because I did not need emergency service. I can state that Ryan showed up at the appointed time, found a major leak at a mobile home in my small park and made the repair in about an hour. He also diagnosed a "water-logged" pressure tank on my system during the visit and we scheduled that replacement. Just as important, the price to find the leak (took some time to look under mobilehomes) and for the repair, including a new shut-off valve at the home was fair. I think when my plumber prices his services at less than my attorney, this is a good thing. I can not say that about most plumbers I have "tried" since moving to Wake Forest, NC.
