I can't comment on after-hours service from NW Poole, because I did not need emergency service. I can state that Ryan showed up at the appointed time, found a major leak at a mob...

Reliable and Reasonable 3/11/2012

I can't comment on after-hours service from NW Poole, because I did not need emergency service. I can state that Ryan showed up at the appointed time, found a major leak at a mobile home in my small park and made the repair in about an hour. He also diagnosed a "water-logged" pressure tank on my system during the visit and we scheduled that replacement. Just as important, the price to find the leak (took some time to look under mobilehomes) and for the repair, including a new shut-off valve at the home was fair. I think when my plumber prices his services at less than my attorney, this is a good thing. I can not say that about most plumbers I have "tried" since moving to Wake Forest, NC. If zero was a rating, that's what they earned from me. Ask them what happens if you are without water outside of there operating times of Monday - Friday 9 - 5. In my opinion, no one at this company cares about you - just your money, and they'll take it! In my opinion, they use the cheapest materials/ practices, charge you a fortune, and then don't respond when failure happens. They should be in business selling popcorn as opposed to water services....leave a message, it's the weekend :( Pros: null Cons: null more
