After 12 years of use my garage opener bid us farewell and went to the garage opener heaven in the skies. I had heard about Broten through ads, etc and I called them. They were extremely helpful in helping me the garage door opener for me. They easily made a Saturday appointment for me which was great since my wife and I work long hours during the week. They called me as promised the day before to confirm the appointment time and when Saturday came I was the first call as promised. The technician was great and very knowledgable about the product. He took down the old one and installed the new one. He made it look so easy and effortless! When he finished he explained the whole system from A to Z and cleaned up. Except for the new key pads and garage door opener you would never know anyone was there. I will definately call them again if I need them!
