Our experience with Broten so far has been outstanding. We had our spring replaced on our garage door from them years ago. When it broke, they came immediately and replaced it with only charging us for labor. The job was done on time, they were neat and very professional. While there they pointed out to us that our door was cracked and could be dangerous in a storm. We made an appointment to order a new door and the salesperson was very pleasant, came on time and answered all of our questions. We are now awaiting the permit, so they can start work. I would highly recommend them.
