Review content:
This location damaged my 2005 Nissan Maxima (which until that point had over 100K miles and had NEVER been in so much as a fender-bender). The technician changing the oil backed my car into another customer's car when trying to take it back out of the bay. The manager (Ha Nygn I believe) told me when I came to pick up the car that an accident had happened and that they would take care of fixing it. He made a notation on my receipt, took some pictures and told me to get a couple of estimates. It took me many, many months to return with them due to my work schedule (my delay). But ever since I came into the location with the estimates months ago, Merchant's has given me the run around and REFUSES to return my calls, acknowledge the claim in any way, or make payment!!!!
