WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! My husband and I will not be returning. My husband was told that his truck alignment would take about 30 min. Well, 2 and a half hours later he got his truck back. When my husband finally talked to the manager ( who was very rude) he stated that they made a mistake and put several cars before my husband. Thankfully the alignment was free, but because of the horrible customer service, and lack of organization we will not be returning. We will also not refer any one here ever! more

Took our 2005 Ford Explorer in. Had no clue why we could not get an alignment situation corrected and needed an overall look over and an oil change. They were quick, well educated and contacted be via phone to tell me their findings and after I gave the go ahead, they completed the issues very quickly and the truck feels GREAT! Very friendly and professional people. My grumpy husband who usually complains about everything told me I had to post a positive feedback ASAP. So I am. I was a little surprised with what I read from previous people. My experience was so great, I took my 2011 Ford Focus to them. more

I was off on Sunday and didn't have any place to go, a friend of me told me Merchant Auto open on Sunday so I give them a tried, what a horrible service! The guy first told me it won't cost me that much but when I return ended up costing me over $300!! For 2 front brakes and rotors, what a ripoff, they never call me and tell me how much its gonna be either, but then again I guess I should've known, when you stand in line and the customer on front of you is complaining, you should do a service from there, and even worst, after they install the brakes they forgot to put the the auti squeak, so my brakes make noises... over charged, poor service, these guys are low life bastards and I hope they get what coming to them. more

This location damaged my 2005 Nissan Maxima (which until that point had over 100K miles and had NEVER been in so much as a fender-bender). The technician changing the oil backed my car into another customer's car when trying to take it back out of the bay. The manager (Ha Nygn I believe) told me when I came to pick up the car that an accident had happened and that they would take care of fixing it. He made a notation on my receipt, took some pictures and told me to get a couple of estimates. It took me many, many months to return with them due to my work schedule (my delay). But ever since I came into the location with the estimates months ago, Merchant's has given me the run around and REFUSES to return my calls, acknowledge the claim in any way, or make payment!!!! more

These dudes lied to me about the time they would have my car ready! I was told it would only take 2 hours but it later turned into 5 HOURS! Plus these guys tried to over charge me for parts that I later found out they got from next door (Pep Boys). These guys also told me they would have to order the part that's why it's cost so much! lol Pros: They stay open until 8pm Cons: They over priced me more

Pressure sales combined with incompetence. Took them 3 days to realize they couldn't inspect my car because they lacked the proper equipment. more
