Review content:
I recently had my car repaired at Johnson's Garage and was immediately put off by the rudeness and down-right unprofessionalism of who I assume to be the owner/manager. Not only did I hear & see him talking down to one his employees loudly, he also acted with arrogance while I was trying to explain the issue I was having with my car (rolling his eyes, cutting me off, talking down). After my bad first impression, I should have went with my instinct and left. Unfortunately I decided to leave my car there. After 6 hours I received a call to let me know that my car was finished, although I never received a phone call to let me know what the problem was, the cost of repair, etc. Although they said this was something that they usually do, I am skeptical as to whether this is true or not. I would advise anyone to do their homework and ask friends/family for suggestions for a good, local shop. I wish I would have taken my own advice!
Pros: None
Cons: Rude & Unprofessional Owner, No update calls
