my car was flloded on the 24th and the city had it towed before my insurance company could get someone out. after i called Moons the dispatcher treated me like i was sub human. now my keys are mysteriously missing. when i asked how did the tow my car, which is a manual transmission if the doors were locked i was told that he would not discuss it with me. now they wont let my insurance company have the doors open so they can "prove" its mine by registration. I hate this place. on top of it all my car flooded in harvey which was about 3 miles from my house and about 7 miles from their westbank location instead they towed my car across the river. i wonder if they did it just to run up the bill. STAY AWAY FROM MOONS..
