Keith, your 10 year old coolant reservoir was cracked and leaking. Remember seeing it? The tank was replaced 4/15/10 @ $123.40 including labor not $200. You came back 7 months later with a different leak now inside the car. In an attempt to "accommodate" you , we subtracted the $40 check out from your last oil change. Remember? Now 11 months after the coolant reservoir, you demanded that we foot the bill for unrelated tail light issues or you'll "ruin our reputation online"? As we mentioned at your last visit: The coolant loss with no visible external leaks, the rough idle and check engine light are all SIGNS of a head gasket failure. Unfortunately, we're now too gun shy to touch your car or give you a definitive answer. I have no problem standing behind my repairs, but you DID need the reservoir AND the new one is not leaking. I still wish you and your new shop well. Partner #1
