I got my bridal gown here. My dress was beautiful, but I would highly advise anyone from shopping here. The service is terrible! The owner does not care about her customers at all. Once you make your final payment, she can?t get rid of you fast enough. She didn?t try to offer solutions to any of my minor alteration problems; she just argued with me. Then she raised her voice at me after she tried to reschedule an appointment that I had made two weeks prior?all because my matron of honor and I had different seamstresses and she didn?t want them to see each other. Not my problem! Finally, when I went to pick up my dress, my dress wasn?t steamed! I made the pick-up appointment a month in advance, but they ?forgot? to write it down.
I am usually a very calm person. I was determined to have a ?stress-free? wedding, but unfortunately I bought my gown at Angel Bridal. Brides: Do yourself a favor and stay away from this store! They do not ?give you the personal touch that you deserve!?
