Angel Bridal

I was the sole bridesmaid for one of the brides that has left a negative review already for Angel Bridal. I bought my dress at the same shop where she had hers thinking it would help coordinate the whole process. It was a great idea until each of us made our final payments, because after that, customers are apparently a burden to this establishment. In the end I loved my dress, but I certainly paid the price for it. I would make appointments, show up and whole bridal parties would have taken over the shop. I'd have to wait sometimes for a 1/2 hour or more before I could be rushed in and out of the dressing room to make room for someone else. They ordered my dress WAY too big, which, by the way, was an extra charge. The seamstress was taking meters off this thing -- to the point that I was worried it wouldn't come out right. She kept saying, "you must have lost weight," but it was really a gross mismeasurement. Then when it was time to pick up my dress, not only did I have to wait while the store associate left me in the store to go pick up her lunch -- after I made an appointment, mind you. When she got back, she couldn't find my dress. And when she finally did, it hadn't been steamed at all. When I asked her to steam it, she gave me a look and reluctantly did it. While waiting, a mother-of-the-bride came in and it took all of my self-control not to scream at this woman "Run before you spend a dime here!" Brides, it's your day and the dress is a huge part of it. Please take heed and don't waste your time or money at Angel Bridal. I got my bridal gown here. My dress was beautiful, but I would highly advise anyone from shopping here. The service is terrible! The owner does not care about her customers at all. Once you make your final payment, she can?t get rid of you fast enough. She didn?t try to offer solutions to any of my minor alteration problems; she just argued with me. Then she raised her voice at me after she tried to reschedule an appointment that I had made two weeks prior?all because my matron of honor and I had different seamstresses and she didn?t want them to see each other. Not my problem! Finally, when I went to pick up my dress, my dress wasn?t steamed! I made the pick-up appointment a month in advance, but they ?forgot? to write it down. I am usually a very calm person. I was determined to have a ?stress-free? wedding, but unfortunately I bought my gown at Angel Bridal. Brides: Do yourself a favor and stay away from this store! I have been in several weddings including two this year, and I have never seen a bridal boutique with worse service. I would first like to say that on the day all of the girls went to get fitted it was complete and utter chaos. There was not even enough room to fit all of us. The women who work there did not have the first inclinatin as to what they were doing. it was so bad, the bride ended up having to measure two of the girls. There are 6 bridesmaids in the wedding party, and 4 of their dresses were so missized they had to be sent back to the maunfacturer because the were beyond alterations. I was measured for a size 6 dress, but I insisted they order me a 10 because I was not comfortable with the measurements they had taken. I took full responsibility if the dress was too big. I recieved my dress, an 8 top and a 10 bottom (not what I ordered). The bottom fit, but the 8 top was too small. Their answer to each of these 4 girls was "You must have gained weight", and they were not nice about it. They remeausered one of the girls they claimed must have gained weight, and she lost one inch in each measurement. These women were rude, unorganized and just plain unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone to buy their dresses from Angel Bridal. Pros: none Cons: bad service, not organized, did not measure girls properly more
