My horrible experience with Jinny's Bridal dates back to December 2008. I still get angry just thinking about my nightmare-ish experience with them. I have no clue how they manage to stay in business.. at all. They are the rudest, saddest bunch of ladies I have encountered. I signed up for Citysearch just to write this review.

Cons: customer service, attitude, poor alterations
