From the moment I stepped in the door with my pet they were rude, tried to intimidate me into doing something I didn't want to do, and actually HARMED my pet - hurt her eyes and teeth, but I was forced to sign a paper saying I wouldn't sue them, that they could do anything they wanted to do. I will never ever ever set foot in the door of this place again, and would STRONGLY recommend that you stay as far away from them as possible. Surely there are better places to take your pet. They should be put out of business!!!!

Cons: Intimidating, Rude, Overcharged, Uninformed, AWFUL!
