I love living at the boulders! The neighborhood is beautiful, the apartment is awesome, it's super close to the management office, and really close to campus and the mall! My girlfriend is living at another one of deer park's complexes right now, College Mall Apartments. She says she like the boulders better, but college mall apartments is more in her budget, also has a pool, and closer to the mall...which she never stops talking about. Everything that came with the place, fridge, dishwasher, oven, and all that jazz, works great. Once, a burner went out on my stove, but i called it in and they were there in two days to fix it. I have a chocolate lab too, and walking her around is no problem- the neighborhood is the perfect size for a good walk.
