Deer Park Management

I with there's a zero option. Worst experience ever. The management, led by a vicious and extremely impolite lady, is making lawsuits to rip the students off all the time. Maintenance is not accessible at all after days of calling. DO NOT SIGN CONTRACT WITH THEM unless you want your money to be taken by these avaricious people. more

For the love of God, DO NOT RENT from these people. There are so many good rentals companies in Bloomington you really shouldn't have to deal with them. They have a terrible reputation and after my experience of a kept damage deposit for no reason, IU Student Legal Services told me that Deer Park has a disproportionally high number of complaints against them when compared to similar sized rental companies in town. This says volumes...avoid. If you are looking for an apartment I suggest dealing with Regency or CS Property Management...both have been great to deal with and fair. more

I love living at the boulders! The neighborhood is beautiful, the apartment is awesome, it's super close to the management office, and really close to campus and the mall! My girlfriend is living at another one of deer park's complexes right now, College Mall Apartments. She says she like the boulders better, but college mall apartments is more in her budget, also has a pool, and closer to the mall...which she never stops talking about. Everything that came with the place, fridge, dishwasher, oven, and all that jazz, works great. Once, a burner went out on my stove, but i called it in and they were there in two days to fix it. I have a chocolate lab too, and walking her around is no problem- the neighborhood is the perfect size for a good walk. more

I am staying in this apartment for last 1 year i wish i could reverse the time and change my decision not to sign a lease with them. Most unprofessional people they don't clean their apartment and you will constantly have to deal with roaches,bed bugs and termites and on the top of it they will charge you exorbitantly. If you want to witness hell you are welcome. more

College mall apartments are pretty cool. The best feature is the location I think. Right there by the mall-obviously. And by a lot of other good things like grocery stores and drug stores and restaurants. It;s a good place for students, but it's not crazy like downtown and by the stadium. They are also finishing up a remodel, so the places are nicer but also more expensive. more
