I would stay far away from this place! I had read all the bad reviews, but still decided to take my dog here for his shots as they advertise low cost (please go to Pasadena Humane Society- SPCA instead, they are low cost for shots!) The staff were really rude, lazy, and everytime I went they seemed like I was inconveniencing or bothering them. They never asked, "Hi how are you? how can I help you?" nothing, just sat at the counter and stared at me. I mean if you hate your job that much leave! I always had to instruct the lady behind the counter to do her job, like "I need to schedule that appt.", "I need to pay for my visit", etc. she just sat there and looked at me with a blank stare. Phone would ring, they just sat there and didn't answer, it was no wonder I never reached someone when I called.
