Beware of this vet. I originally brought my canine in to be neutered, he developed a sore on his right leg six days later, where I believed they had shaved his fur and placed the iv needle.I called vetco to inform them and see how i could treat it, the receptionist sat their and argued with me stating i had to pay a 30 dollar fee just to get seen. I did not feel this was just, considering it was their mistake. She than spoke to her supervisor and she got on the phone and told me to bring him in today, i asked if i was going to be charged for the visit., she said rudely " NO thats why i am asking if you can come in today:", i asked her what time was a good time to bring my canine in she proceeded to hang up the phone on me. "WOW" The staff their is completely unprofessional and rude. To top it all when i came in to vetco that same day to get my canine examined, the receptionist and vet tech sat their in front of me making remarks on how it was not their fault the dog had a sore and they knew i was wrong. talk about patient confidentiality they were sitting their talking about me and my dog with other people in the waiting room in front of my face. i am going to do everything in my power to make sure the staff know how uncorteous they have been to several customers just judging of all the other reviews ive read. this does not end here
