Businiess name:  Reeves Septic Tank Service
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
I called this company (be aware there is no company phone number - I got someones cell phone) and asked them to come and pump my septic tanks. They immediately told me that I need a new septic pump and quoted me a flat price. Keep in mind that they hadn't pumped anything yet. I said I would have to think about it and to go ahead and pump. They pumped and left. I went out and looked and saw they only pumped one of the tanks. The tank with the pump in it was still full to the top. I don't know how they determined that the pump needed to be replaced when it is still sitting in the bottom of a full tank - I know they didn't dive in and inspect it underwater. I called them back and asked them why they didn't pump both tanks and they said they only pump both if the customer asks for it. I said "how do you know that the pump is bad, if you couldn't see it"? He said either the pumps work or they don't and if it's not working then it needs to be replaced. They charged me $180 to pump just one tank and wanted to charge me an additional $80 to come and pump the other one. I would never use them for anything.
