He charged $75 for literally 20-30 minuets of "work". On top of that when he left, his truck had left a HUGE puddle of oil in our new driveway! We were having problems with our septic system. They came out and pumped it (for 1/3 of what another company quoted us to do it) and told us what ought to be done to fix it. But, they also told us what we could get by with for now. We felt like they were honest folk doing an honest job for an honest rate. Pros: Honest, reasonably priced Cons: none more

I called this company (be aware there is no company phone number - I got someones cell phone) and asked them to come and pump my septic tanks. They immediately told me that I need a new septic pump and quoted me a flat price. Keep in mind that they hadn't pumped anything yet. I said I would have to think about it and to go ahead and pump. They pumped and left. I went out and looked and saw they only pumped one of the tanks. The tank with the pump in it was still full to the top. I don't know how they determined that the pump needed to be replaced when it is still sitting in the bottom of a full tank - I know they didn't dive in and inspect it underwater. I called them back and asked them why they didn't pump both tanks and they said they only pump both if the customer asks for it. I said "how do you know that the pump is bad, if you couldn't see it"? He said either the pumps work or they don't and if it's not working then it needs to be replaced. They charged me $180 to pump just one tank and wanted to charge me an additional $80 to come and pump the other one. I would never use them for anything. more

I called Mr. Reeves and he was out to our house within hours and our "stinky" problem was over. I found him to be dependable and honest. I would highly recommend him for all of your septic tank needs. more
