Trash always piled up, car break in and vandalism rampant, harassment by staff if you want working fridges, stoves, thermostats, etc. I went at least fifteen rounds trying to get an appliance fixed, the management doesn't communicate with the maintenance staff properly and the maintenance staff told me that my appliance was working, but I just didn?t know how to use it properly, when I did finally get it replaced, it still had severe and dangerous problems, which have to this day not been completely corrected. While I was trying to get this fixed, they retaliated against me by attempting to diagnose me with a mental illness, and threatening me with an inspection that never happened, and raising my rent from $720 to $790 in an attempt to get me to move. My friend tried to get her fridge fixed several times, and told them about the leak in her bathroom roof several times and they did nothing. When she moved out they tried to charge her $600 for the damage that she didn?t cause, and they had refused to fix. Don?t move to this place, it?s not worth it.
