If you're looking for a place to live and you want to call it home! The Atrium On James is not the place... I DONT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT UNTIT TO SEEKERS.....\r I just moved out this year and was bullied from the New Management I believe her name is Gina\r on top of that. prior to moving out I requested to be present for the walk thru inspection. Inspection was done without me (so disappointed). now I'm being charge for damages that was done from previous tenant. Atrium on James street leasing people are fake! rude! and can careless. don't be fooled by there kind sweet hearted talk. once you sign the lease it's a whole different LEVEL...look @ it this way!!! its like signing ur life away to the devil or you will be living in HELL... more

Trash always piled up, car break in and vandalism rampant, harassment by staff if you want working fridges, stoves, thermostats, etc. I went at least fifteen rounds trying to get an appliance fixed, the management doesn't communicate with the maintenance staff properly and the maintenance staff told me that my appliance was working, but I just didn?t know how to use it properly, when I did finally get it replaced, it still had severe and dangerous problems, which have to this day not been completely corrected. While I was trying to get this fixed, they retaliated against me by attempting to diagnose me with a mental illness, and threatening me with an inspection that never happened, and raising my rent from $720 to $790 in an attempt to get me to move. My friend tried to get her fridge fixed several times, and told them about the leak in her bathroom roof several times and they did nothing. When she moved out they tried to charge her $600 for the damage that she didn?t cause, and they had refused to fix. Don?t move to this place, it?s not worth it. Pros: null Cons: null more

we lived there for ten months. we had a hole in our celieng for four months. two vehicles broken into, one they were succesful and got the stereo. our neighbors got their car stolen. the trash container always had a pile of trash just waiting for the health department. on moveout we cleaned the whole place but did not get our deposit because we had no professinal cleaning crew clean our apartment. even though it wasnt in the lease. if you want to live here, dont clean a thing. more
