Review content:
Pack's towing uses a bait and switch tactic when towing cars "illegally" parked. I was told that it would be a certain price to get my car and then when I went to pick it up it suddenly went up because the tow driver didn't "like my attitude". I never saw the no parking in this lot sign, and was only in the establishment 15 minutes. This was long enough for them to get my car on the truck. Another guy had his car on the truck and he sweet talked the driver into getting his car back. The driver was rude - it plainly states they take Visa but he refused to take my Visa saying he could only accept cash and that I would have 15 minutes to bring that back to him. Questionable tactics. News Channel 5 is doing an expose on such tactics in Nashville and I plan to send my story about Packs to them. They sit in the lot and wait - blocking the no parking sign and never say a word - greed is a horrible thing Pack's and you are the greediest.
