Pack's Towing & Recovery

My son broke down last night in Murfreesboro, with his friends and their infant son with him. I called Pack's to tow the car, and they showed up quickly. The driver was very polite and professional, waited around for the others to be picked up, and even gave my son a ride home. They have reasonable fees, and go above and beyond. Thanks, Pack's!! more

I have had several problems in life, but towing service is not one of them. Pack's Towing has gone out of their way to make my life easier. I was involved in a serious accident and they were very helpful in a highly stressful situation. In a second event, my wife had an alternator blow out on Hillsboro Rd in Nashville and they quickly came to Nashville and picked up her car. The rates are reasonable and the service is extremely friendly. Don't hesitate to call them with any of your issues. more

Pack's towing uses a bait and switch tactic when towing cars "illegally" parked. I was told that it would be a certain price to get my car and then when I went to pick it up it suddenly went up because the tow driver didn't "like my attitude". I never saw the no parking in this lot sign, and was only in the establishment 15 minutes. This was long enough for them to get my car on the truck. Another guy had his car on the truck and he sweet talked the driver into getting his car back. The driver was rude - it plainly states they take Visa but he refused to take my Visa saying he could only accept cash and that I would have 15 minutes to bring that back to him. Questionable tactics. News Channel 5 is doing an expose on such tactics in Nashville and I plan to send my story about Packs to them. They sit in the lot and wait - blocking the no parking sign and never say a word - greed is a horrible thing Pack's and you are the greediest. more
