Wonderful way to power up your day at Ramsey Park! I like to get in an early workout to motivate me for the rest of the weekend, Tim is funny, demonstrates every exercise, and challenges you to use quick bursts of energy to burn a lot of calories. The atmosphere is relaxed but purposeful, campers are friendly and welcoming, and you feel good about your efforts and your body when you finish the Saturday workout. Come join us!
