Review content:
My dog was run over by a car on a Sunday evening. We frantically rushed her to the nearest emergency vet clinic, which, unfortunately for us, was the Emergency Pet Clinic of San Gabriel Valley. We waited for 45 minutes before a technician came in to take her temperature. Twenty minutes after that, the vet, EDDIE CHAVEZ, came in. He looked at her for less than 5 minutes and said she was fine. We were a little shocked since she had just gotten run over by a car and asked a few more questions after this. We must have been severely inconveniencing him, because we had asked TWO more questions to make sure our dog was going to be OK and he said "Well, I don't know what you want me to say, we CAN keep her overnight and charge you for it, if you want." He went on to add, that we seemed to know all the answers, when we merely asked if the gashes on her posterior that the technician had failed to mention to him were anything to be worried about.
Pros: None
Cons: Disrespectful, Rude, Inefficient, Unsympathetic
